UK Gender Pay Gap Reports
Since 2018, all U.K.-based employers with 250 or more workers are required to publish a gender pay gap (“GPG”) report on an annual basis. The report must contain these calculations:
- The breakdown percentage of male and females across four pay quarters
- The mean and median hourly pay gap between male and females
- The mean and median bonus pay gap between male and females
- The percentage of males and females receiving a bonus
