• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and how food may affect the study drug following single ascending doses in healthy adults.    
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for ALS. 
• Healthy volunteers without ALS are needed at this stage of research 
• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Non-childbearing Women and Men
• 18 to 55 years old

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician
