Study Information

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate how food may affect a single dose of the study drug in healthy adults. 
  • The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for Refractory chronic cough (RCC). 
  • Healthy volunteers without Refractory chronic cough (RCC) are needed at this stage of research 
  • This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

Participant Qualifications

  • Healthy Volunteers>
  • 18 to 55 years old 
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5-32 kg/m2

  • Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/ 6 months prior to screening 
  • Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
  • Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for two separate 3-night in-house stays and return for 1 outpatient follow up visits
