• Smoking criteria: Must not smoke or use tobacco products beginning 7 days before screening through final phone call 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with study physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 3-nights and complete 1 follow up phone call. 

• The purpose of the study to assess the safety and tolerability of single and multiple doses of the study drug in healthy participants. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for pulmonary arterial hypertension 

• Healthy volunteers without pulmonary arterial hypertension are needed at this stage of research 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
