• The purpose of this study is to evaluate how a single dose of the study drug is metabolized in healthy adults. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for chronic Hepatitis B. 

• Healthy volunteers without chronic Hepatitis B are needed at this stage of research. 

• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Non-Smoker/non-user of nicotine containing products/ 6 months prior to dose 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 5 nights and return for 4 outpatient follow up visits
