• No habitual tobacco or nicotine use (>10 cigarettes per day or equivalent) for 12 months prior to screening. 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 25 nights and participate in 1 post-study phone call. 

• The study’s purpose is to test various formulations of a study drug as well as the effect of food on the drug on healthy Japanese adults. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for multiple sclerosis (MS). 

• Healthy Japanese volunteers without multiple sclerosis (MS) are needed at this stage of research 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
