• Must not have used nicotine- or tobacco-containing products within 90 days of screening and for the duration of the study. 
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 
• Available and willing to commit to the study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 7-nights and return for 6 outpatient follow-up visits. 

• The purpose of the study is to test the safety and tolerability of the study drug in healthy patients. 
• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SLE). 
• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
