• Healthy Japanese Volunteers

• 18 to 55 years old 

• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18-32 kg/m2 

• Must not have used nicotine products within 30 days of screening 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 11 nights and return for 1 outpatient follow up visit. 

• The study’s purpose is to test the safety and tolerability of an investigative drug in multiple doses in healthy volunteers of Japanese descent. 

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for chronic inflammatory disease 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
