General qualifications for Osteoarthritis (OA) studies:

• Must have diagnosis of Osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee
• 45 to 65
• Body Mass Index (BMI) of < 35 kg/m²
• Must refrain from smoking while in the clinic
• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with study physician
