• <Non-smoker, non-user of nicotine containing products within 3 months before first screening> 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 4 nights and return for 9 outpatient follow up visits.
