• Non-smoker, non-user of nicotine containing products within 3 months before first screening

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 4 nights and return for 9 outpatient follow up visits. 

• The study’s purpose is to investigate the safety and tolerability of an investigative drug after a single dose. 

• Healthy volunteers are needed at this stage of research. 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.
