Research Study for Healthy Adults

• The purpose of this study is to evaluate the side effects of the study medication, how long it stays in and acts in the body, and how the body reacts to the medication when given with an FDA approved medication in healthy adults. 

• The study medication is being investigated as a potential medication for systemic autoimmune diseases. 

• Healthy volunteers without systemic autoimmune diseases are needed at this stage of research. 

• This is a research study and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time. 

• Healthy Non-childbearing Women & Men

• 18 to 65 years old

• Non-Smoker/ non-user of nicotine containing products/6 months prior to first screening visit 

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 16 days and return for 1 outpatient follow up visits.
