• The study’s purpose is to determine the potential interactions between the study drug and another FDA-approved drug.  

• The study drug is being developed as a potential treatment for Huntington’s Disease. 

• Healthy volunteers without Huntington’s Disease are needed at this stage of research. 

• This is a research study, and your participation is voluntary. You may stop participating at any time.

• Must not have used tobacco or nicotine-containing products in the 3 months before check-in.  

• Health status is further evaluated by reviewing medical history, screening assessments, and visit with physician. 

• Available and willing to commit to study visit structure – You will be asked to stay in our clinic for 25 nights and participate in one post-study phone call.
